Rey received a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine, 1990. Graduated from Western University of Health Sciences with a Master of Physical Therapy degree in 1996. Board Certified as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in 2004. Outpatient orthopedic and sports physical therapy specialist. Rey has been active serving the community as a medical attendant for high school football programs, basketball programs, the American Junior Golf Association, Master Assessor for CIF Southern Section wrestling, home health physical therapy, mentor for the Filipino Martial Art of Escrima, and the president of Filipino-American Association of Riverside County 2012. Rey is Director of Rancho Physical Therapy's San Jacinto location.

Teresa Oltmans, M.P.T.
Teresa Oltmans, M.P.T.

Teresa graduated with honors from Crafton Hills College with an Associate of Science degree in 1997. She received a Bachelor in Health Science degree and completed her Master of Physical Therapy degree, graduating Summa Cum Laude, from Loma Linda University in 2001. She joined Rancho Physical Therapy in 2005. She has completed several continuing education courses on McKenzie Mechanical therapy, muscle energy and positional release techniques, and treatments for the upper and lower extremities. Her focus of treatment is on orthopedics.

Brittany Lee, P.T., D.P.T.

Brittany received a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from San Diego State University in 2007. She graduated from Chapman University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2010. Currently she is working towards an Orthopaedic Clinical Specialty certification and is a current resident in Rancho Physical Therapy's Residency Program.
