At Rancho Physical Therapy Single Oak we specialize in outpatient Neurological and Pediatric Rehabilitation. The goals of our rehabilitation program include helping the individual, at any age, to return to the highest level of function and independence and improving the overall quality of life for that individual -- physically, emotionally, and socially. Our rehab team works closely with patients, family, and caregivers on the disorders of the nervous system, which may be helped by physical or occupational therapy.

Our Single Oak clinic offers flexible appointments and is contracted with most insurances.

Kristy Talavera, P.T., D.P.T.

Kristy graduated from San Diego State University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, with an emphasis in pre-Physical Therapy. In 2005 she received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Chapman University. Currently, she enjoys working with the neurological patient population. She specializes in pediatrics with a special interest the 0-3 year old population. Kristy is the Director of Rancho Physical Therapy's Single Oak clinic.

Anna graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in 2002. In 2003, she attained her national certification in therapeutic massage and bodywork from National Holistic Institute. She graduated in 2011 with her Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from California State University, Dominguez Hills. Anna specializes in preventative and post-surgical hand therapy as well as therapeutic treatment of pediatric and neurological disorders.

Megan received her bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from The Ohio State University in 2003. She has worked in multiple clinical settings. Areas include acute care, skilled nursing facilities, home health, school, and outpatient. She has also provided educational classes in pain management. She moved to California in 2006 and has been working with Rancho Physical Therapy since February of 2011.

Anne Gauthier, P.T.

Anne received her Masters degree in Physical Therapy from Midwestern University in Downers Grove, IL, graduating in 2000. She then practiced as a Physical Therapist while in the United States Navy, serving at both Naval Medical Center Portsmouth and Naval Air Station Oceana in Virginia unitl 2004. Anne has worked in a variety of treatment settings ranging from skilled nursing to outpatient. Anne enjoys treating all areas of physical therapy, but has received specialized training in aquatic and osteoporosis care. Anne moved to the southern California area in May 2011, and has been with Rancho Physical Therapy since June 2011.
