Scott and the staff at the Ynez clinic have been serving the residents of Temecula since 1998. Ynez is an outpatient orthopedic clinic with specialists in hand therapy and vestibular/balance rehabilitation.
Our Ynez clinic offers flexible appointments and is contracted with most insurances.

Spine and Sports Medicine Specialist
Scott earned a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Medicine at the University of the Pacific and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Hardin-Simmons University. Scott is board certified in orthopedics. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association Sports Medicine Section and is specializing in Manual Therapy. He has been the physical therapist for the Calvary Chapel High School Warriors football team since 2002. He was a Physical Therapist at the Olympic Village for the 2002 Winter Olympic Games in Salt Lake City and provided treatments at the World Ironman Championships in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii in 2007. Scott is also one of the few physical therapists designated as an Active Release Technique Practitioner.

Graduate of Loma Linda University in 2000 with a Master's degree in Physical Therapy. Graduate of Loma Linda University in 2001 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Completed the Kaiser Manual Therapy Course at Kaiser West L.A. in 2001. Specializes in orthopedics and Vestibular Rehabilitation.
Kris Mankin, M.P.T.
Kris earned her Bachelor's Degree in Exercise and Nutritional Sciences from San Diego State University graduating Cum Laude and her Masters in Physical Therapy from Chapman University, graduating class of 2002. She specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation, sports injuries, vestibular dysfunction and balance disorders. She is a part of the Rancho Physical Therapy Sports Medical Team and assists with football game coverage for the Linfield High School Athletic Department and volunteers for other sporting events around the Murrieta/Temecula community.
Emilee Legg, P.T.A.
Emilee was trained as a Physical Therapist Assistant at Northeast Texas Community College, where she received her Associates in Science degree in 2007. Emilee holds Physical Therapist Assistant licenses by both the State Boards of Texas and California. Emilee has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 2006. She joined the Rancho Physical Therapy team in 2007 and is currently specializing in outpatient sports/orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation.
Wayne Chase, O.T./L., C.H.T.
Wayne earned a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Southern California in 1987. He became a Certified Hand Therapist in 1994. He has worked extensively in the field of hand rehabilitation as a clinician, director, consultant and mentor. He is experienced in all phases of hand management from post-operative wound care to preparing patients for return to work and/or their previous lifestyle. Professional memberships include the American Society of Hand Therapists. He speaks, reads and writes fluent Spanish, so that he can better serve the latin population in this area. He loves the outdoors and is active in family activities, the community and the Boy Scouts.
