The treatment may include exercise, suggestions on lifestyle changes and modifications of activity. Be sure to discuss with the therapist your tolerance to all treatment and ask any questions you may have.

This may include stretching, strengthening, instructions on proper ways of performing movements, and modifications of lifestyle. Compliance with the home exercise program will greatly enhance your response to therapy, and is critical to long term success.
