Meet Our Team

Ronald Toth, PT, OCSClinic Director
Graduate of Long Beach State University School of Physical Therapy in 1984. Trained in Spinal Rehabilitation through the McKenzie Institute. Specializes in Orthopedic and Spinal Rehabilitation with additional training in Industrial Rehabilitation, Pre-Employment Screening, and Ergonomic Analysis. Certified E.P.I.C. Lift Capacity Evaluator. Director of Rancho Physical Therapy, Lake Elsinore. Ron is the Regional Director for our Lake Elsinore, Menifee, Temecula – Temecula Parkway and Temecula – Ynez clinics.
Pete Lorenz Jr. PT, DPT
Pete earned his Bachelor’s in Business Administration in 2005 from California State University San Marcos while playing on the school’s club soccer team. After graduation he became a nationally certified personal trainer, becoming a Performance Enhancement Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Pete graduated in 2014 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Science and began working at Rancho Physical Therapy thereafter. To further his skills as a Physical Therapist Pete became Graston Technique certified in 2014. Pete is now the Assistant Director at Rancho’s Lake Elsinore branch. Besides work, Pete enjoys resistance training at the gym and cycling outdoors in his free time and also volunteers with the Sports Medicine Program at Elsinore High School.
Dilyana Aly, PT
Dilyana received a Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy from the National Sports Academy, Bulgaria, 2005. She is expected to graduate in the Spring of 2016 with a Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from the A.T. Still University in Arizona. Dilyana joined Rancho Physical Therapy in 2012. Her main focus is outpatient orthopedics, where she is planning to further specialize by pursuing an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist certification in the near future. Dilyana recently became a HawkGrips certified specialist. She is also a credentialed Clinical Instructor through the American Physical Therapy Association.
Jean Bellucci, OTR, CHT
Graduated from the University of Missouri, Columbia in 1981. Began specialization in Hand and Upper Extremity Rehabilitation at Brown University affiliated Rhode Island Hospital in 1985 under the tutelage of the orthopedic and plastic surgeons. Became a Board Certified Hand Therapist in 1991. Recently relocated to southern California from the Boston area, where she worked as a hand therapist and Center Coordinator for Clinical Education at MetroWest Medical Center; and most recently at Beth Israel Deaconess and New England Baptist, a specialty hospital in orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Member of the American Society of Hand Therapists.
Stephen Lege,PT, DPT
Steve began his schooling at BYU-Idaho where we earned his bachelor’s in Biology. He then attended Creighton University where he earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. In 2012 he became board certified in Orthopedics. He became interested mechanical diagnosis and treatment for the spine and extremities and became certified in 2015 in this technique. Steve and his family just moved to inland empire in 2016 and are excited to enjoy the outdoors. In his spare time he enjoys running and hiking.
Jamela Barber, PT, DPT
Jamela graduated from Loma Linda University (cum laude) in 2009 with her doctorate in physical therapy. She started out as a traveling physical therapist, working in various places within U.S.A. Her clinical experience includes Inpatient and Acute Rehabilitation, Skilled nursing, Home Health, and Outpatient Physical therapy. In 2015 she received her personal trainer license from ACSM, and in February 2016 she joined our team. In her leisure time, she enjoys being in nature, playing basketball, and traveling.
Chloe Vaughn, PTA
Chloe graduated with honors as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Loma Linda University in 2013. She joined our team in 2014 at both the Lake Elsinore and Perris offices. Her clinical experience includes Outpatient Orthopedics, Inpatient Rehabilitation and Pediatrics, her favorite being Outpatient Orthopedics. In addition, she volunteers with the Sports Medicine Program at Elsinore High School, her alma mater. Chloe is a big sports fan, but especially loves to watch baseball and football.
