Meet Our Team

Rey Aquino, PT, MPT, OCSClinic Director
Rey received a Bachelors degree In Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine, 1990. Graduated from Western University of Health Sciences with a Master of Physical Therapy degree in 1996. Enjoyed Board Certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist from 2004-2014. Rey has been active serving the community as an emergency first responder for local football programs, track and field, cross country, the American Junior Golf Association and as a Master Assessor for CIF Southern Section for local wrestling programs. Guest speaker for clubs and local high schools. Mentor for the Filipino Martial Art of Escrima. Rey is the Director of Physical Therapy Clinical Services for Rancho Physical Therapy in San Jacinto.
Teresa Oltmans, PT, MPT
Teresa graduated with honors from Crafton Hills College with an Associate of Science degree. She received a Bachelor in Health Science degree and completed her Master of Physical Therapy degree, graduating Summa Cum Laude, from Loma Linda University in 2001. She joined Rancho Physical Therapy in 2005. She has completed several continuing education courses on McKenzie Mechanical therapy, muscle energy and positional release techniques, and evaluation and treatment techniques for the upper and lower extremities. Teresa is a credentialed clinical instructor through the American Physical Therapy Association.
