Alfredo Loreto, P.T.A.
Alfredo graduated as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Loma Linda University in 2000. He specializes in Sports, Orthopedic and Wound Care Rehabilitation with an emphasis in Photobiostimulation.
Nosheen Ameeri, M.P.T.
Nosheen completed both her undergraduate and graduate studies in 2005 at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. For the past two years she has focused her skills in orthopedic rehabilitation. She is currently enrolled in an Independent Study course for vestibular rehabilitation, dizziness, balance and associated issues.

Julie graduated in 2003 from Centenary College in Shreveport Louisiana with a double B.S. in Applied Science and Health and Exercise Science with an emphasis in Physical Therapy. She received a full athletic scholarship to participate in NCAA Division I Women's Basketball at Centenary College. She graduated in 2007 from the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Loma Linda University and was a recipient of the student research award. Julie is currently enrolled in the Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency Program at Rancho Physical Therapy.
Crystal Anthony, D.P.T.
Graduate of University of Washington in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Physiological Psychology, completed Doctor of Physical Therapy at Slippery Rock University in 2001, completed a Sports Medicine, Hands & Orthopedic Internship with Rancho Physical Therapy in 2001, Advanced Wound Care with St. Joseph's Medical Center in 2001 and an Orthopedic Residency with Southern California Permanente Medical Group in 2002. Crystal is an AFAA certified aerobics, group fitness and Step Reebok instructor with eleven years of teaching experience. She also teaches Anatomy, Physiology, and Health Science at Mt San Jacinto and Riverside Community Colleges. Crystal is now the Director of Rancho Physical Therapy's Escondido clinic.

Robert Martinez, M.P.T.
Robert completed his undergraduate studies at Cypress College and UCLA. He is a graduate of the University of Chile's Physical Therapy/Kinesiology program in 2003. During educational training Robert emphasized in Sports Medicine Respiratory Therapy. He has currently completed the Kaltenburg Maitland; Part A course. Robert joined Rancho Physical Therapy in 2003.

Scott Tyrrell, P.T.A.
Graduated from the Academy of Health Sciences, Fort Sam Houston, Texas in 1984; a tri-school for the Army, Navy and Air Force. retired form the Navy in 1994. Since then has spent the majority of his time in Outpatient Orthopedic Clinics. Has co-authored the Total Body functional Profile and also written a book in Golf Biomechanics and Golf Fitness. Scott specializes in sports performance and athletic enhancement of individuals both pre and post surgery. Certified in AEI Pre-employment screenings and an Aquatics and Arthro-swim certified instructor.

Sarah graduated in 2004 from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a B.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis in pre-physical therapy. She graduated in 2007 from the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Azusa Pacific University, CA. In 2008, Sarah started working at Rancho Physical Therapy. She currently Volunteers with the Civil Air Patrol- Air Force Auxiliary and has been a member of this non-profit youth mentoring organization since 1998.

Glyniss Green, P.T., D.P.T., O.C.S.
Glyniss received her Master of Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University in 1997 and completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2005. Glyniss has specialized training in orthopedic spinal dysfuntions and has completed the McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy program. Glyniss is Rancho Physical Therapy's Industrial Rehabilitation and Workers Compensation specialist with extensive training in performing Functional Capacity evaluations. Glyniss is an active member of the AP.T.A. and board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist since 2000. Elizabeth is a physical therapist assistant and a 1998 graduate from Loma Linda University's Physical Therapy Assistant program. She has had extensive experience in athletic training, wound care and geriatrics. Elizabeth specializes in work related, othopaedic and spinal injuries and has completed the first of four sections (Part A) of the McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy program.
Sabrina Tovar, P.T., D.P.T.
Sabrina is a graduate of Loma Linda University with Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences Cum Laude. She received a Doctorate and Masters of Physical Therapy in 2006 and 2005 respectively. She is currently a resident in the Rancho Physical Therapy Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Residency Program. Tracy has attended continuing education courses in myofascial release, Mulligan concepts and golf performance. Jose Alvarez, DPT
Jose is a graduate from Chapman University with a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. He attended Texas Tech University on a baseball scholarship where he received his Bachelor's degree in Exercise Sport and Science. He specializes in orthopedic and sport rehabilitation with special interest in shoulder rehabilitation for the throwing athlete. He is currently enrolled in a year-long orthopedic manual course and plans on becoming a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in 2007. Ben Franco, P.T.A.
Ben is a physical therapist assistant who has extensive experience in
sports and orthopedic. He graduated from Loma Linda University in 2004

Jim earned his Master of Physical Therapy, Summa Cum Laude in 2003 from Loma Linda University. In 1993, he received his Bachelor of Science in Animal Physiology and Neurosciences, with a minor in Psychology, from the University of California, San Diego. In addition, Jim received an Associate of Science degree from the Physical Therapy Assistant program at Mesa College in 1998. He specializes in Orthopaedic and Sports Physical Therapy and is currently the Director of Rancho Physical Therapy, Riverside.

Christine earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2003 from Loma Linda University. She graduated with the Master of Physical Therapy degree in 1990 from the University of Southern California. In addition, she received her Bachelor of Science degree Cum Laude in Exercise Science/Physical Education from Cal Poly Pomona in 1986. Christine is a Certified Hand Therapist and a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist who has served as Clinical Faculty at Loma Linda University since 1994. Christine is a member of the American Society of Hand Therapists and the Orthopedic, Cardiopulmonary, Aquatic, Women’s Health and Hand Rehabilitation sections of the American Physical Therapy Association. Yvette Reyes graduated from Cal State Long Beach in 1993 with a B.A. in Psychology. She attended Cerritos College where she received an A.A. as a Physical Therapy Assistant in 1996. Yvette has primarily worked in the outpatient orthopedic setting, but also has experience in inpatient treatment, skilled nursing facilities, wound care, and pre-natal aquatics. Spine and Sports Medicine Specialist
Scott earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Medicine at the University of the Pacific and a Master of Physical Therapy degree at Hardin-Simmons University. He is presently in the process of obtaining a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Scott is one of the 3% of physical therapists in the nation that is board certified in orthopaedics. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association Sports Medicine Section and is specializing in Manual Therapy. He was a Physical Therapist at the Olympic Village for the 2002 Winter Olympic Games in Salt Lake City. Scott is also one of the few physical therapists designated as an Active Release Technique Practitioner.

Ms. Hammett graduated from Syracuse University's Occupational Therapy program Summa Cum Laude in 1983. She has worked exclusively in the field of hand rehabilitation since 1985 as a Clinician, Clinic Manager and Consultant. Comprehensive training was received at the Curtis National Hand Center in Baltimore and the Milliken Hand Center in Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. Board Certification as a Hand Rehabilitation Specialist was granted in 1991. Previous clinical practice includes the states of Maryland, Missouri and North Carolina before moving to California with her husband in 1997. She is experienced in all phases of hand management from post-operative wound care to preparing patients for return to work and/or their previous lifestyle. Professional memberships include the American Society of Hand Therapists and the American Occupational Therapy Association.

Kris earned her Bachelor's Degree in Exercise and Nutritional Sciences from San Diego State University graduating Cum Laude and her Masters in Physical Therapy from Chapman University, graduating class of 2002. She specializes in orthopedic injuries with special interest in sports rehabilitation. Shelley has been a member of the AP.T.A. since 2001. Shelley is the Director of Rancho Physical Therapy's Victorville clinic.
Michelle Padget, P.T.A.
Michelle is a graduate from the Loma Linda University Physical Therapist Assistant program in 2006 with undergraduate studies completed at U C Riverside and Victor Valley Community College. She has experience in orthopedics, geriatrics, and acute rehabilitation. She is a lifelong resident of the Victorville area and is proud to be a part of Rancho Physical Therapy's Victorville clinic.
Maria Mejia-O'Neill, M.S., P.T.
Maria received her Bachelor and Master degrees in Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California. She has more than 20 years of experience in the treatment of Sports and Orthopedic Medicine. Postgraduate studies include therapy, occupation medicine and spine rehabilitation. She is currently the director of Rancho Physical Therapy - Vista.
Sandra Lee, DPT
Sandra received her B.A. at the University of California San Diego in 2002, and completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Chapman University in 2007. Previously, she worked with the AVP Professional Beach Volleyball Tour and plans on bringing her orthopedic manual skills to continue working with professional and amateur athletes. Sandra likes to maintain an active lifestyle and personal interests include surfing, snowboarding, and swimming. She is fluent in Korean.
