Meet Our Team

Matt Allen, PT, DPT, OCSClinic Director
Matt completed his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University where he played wide receiver for their football team. He graduated with a degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Business Management in 2007. He received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Southern California in 2011. Matt completed Rancho Physical Therapy’s Orthopaedic Residency Program in 2012. He is Board Certified in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy through the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). He is a member of the APTA Orthopaedic and Sports Sections. Matt also volunteers with the sports medicine program at Great Oak High School in Temecula. Matt is the director of Rancho Physical Therapy Fallbrook.
Brian Mansfield, PT, DPT, MA
Brian graduated from the University of St. Augustine with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2013. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science from Willamette University as well as a Master of Arts in Kinesiology with emphasis in rehabilitation sciences from San Diego State University. He has completed an orthopaedic residency as well as several continuing education courses on the spine including functional analysis and management of the lumbo-pelvic hip complex, advanced evaluation and manipulation of cervical and upper thoracic spine, advanced extremity evaluation, and myofascial manipulation. He has a strong focus on manual therapy in the treatment of orthopaedic and sports injuries having participated as an NCAA collegiate baseball player. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association’s Orthopaedic and Education sections. Brian is also an accomplished jazz saxophonist and performs with various groups in San Diego and Riverside counties.
Naike Cohen, PT, DPT
Naike graduated from the University of Tampa, FL with a BS in Exercise Science and Sports Studies in 2011. She then volunteered her time working in a non-profit hospital in her home town of Port-au-Prince, Haiti, gaining experience and knowledge in outpatient orthopedic. Naike then pursued her career in physical therapy and received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Saint Augustine in 2014. After graduation, she joined the staff of Rancho Physical Therapy and is now working in split offices in both Fallbrook and Escondido. Naike has a strong background in manual therapy with continuing education certifications in myofascial manipulation, spinal assessment, and extremity evaluation and manipulation and is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. During her free time, Naike enjoys playing soccer, going to the beach, and being outdoors.
