Meet Our Team

Jose Alvarez PT, DPT, OCSClinic Director
Jose is a graduate from Chapman University with a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. He attended Texas Tech University on a baseball scholarship where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Sport and Science. He specializes in orthopedic and sport rehabilitation with special interest in shoulder rehabilitation. He has also received advanced manual training and became a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in 2008. He has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association & Orthopedic section since 2001. Jose is the director of the Riverside East clinic, and the Regional Manager for our Riverside West, Corona, Ontario/Rancho Cucamonga, and Victorville clinics.
Alexander Legaspi, PT, DPT
Alexander earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy, Cum Laude from Loma Linda University in 2012. He completed his undergraduate studies with Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Sciences. Alexander attended La Sierra University for his undergraduate studies from 2006-2009. Alexander has experience in outpatient orthopedics and wound care, and is able to converse in Spanish, Tagalog and English.
Linda Garcia, PTA
Linda attended Cerritos College and completed the Physical Therapist Assistant program in 2004 with an Associates in Arts degree. She has been a member of the APTA since 2004 with memberships in orthopedic and sports specialty sections. Linda became a Credentialed Clinical Instructor in 2012 and mentors and instructs students in a clinical setting. Linda has over 10 years experience in the orthopedic setting and is fluent in spanish.
Iraisa Natera, PTA
Iraisa was born and raised on the beautiful island of Puerto Rico and has lived in the Dominican Republic as well as Massachusetts. She moved to California in 2004 to pursue her dream career in physical therapy. She graduated with honors as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2008. Iraisa is fluent in both Spanish and English. She has experience working in home health, skilled nursing facilities, hospitals and outpatient orthopedics clinics.
